HERE ARE THE TERMS OF SERVICE TO CONSIDER WHEN COMMISSIONING ME
by commissioning me, you agree that:you, as the commissioner:
⮞ may print off the art for personal use
⮞ may not print for reselling etc.
⮞ may post the art anywhere, as long as you credit or link back to me when doing so
⮞ may not resell my designs for any more than they were bought for unless they are now equipped with extra art which raises the value
⮞ may not resell my designs to anybody on my blacklist (i dont have an official 1 but if youre unsure ask me!)
⮞ don't need to credit me when using designs by me but must do so when posting the designs to somewhere like toyhou.se
⮞ may not pass off my work as your owni, as the artist:
⮞ may post the art in any form
⮞ will not issue any refunds once the piece is completed, but partial refunds are available while i am still in the process of completing the commission
⮞ will do small edits, but large edits or redraws will cost payment
⮞ may post the art as commission examples, but will also refrain from doing so upon request
⮞ may turn down any commission for any reason, without having to give one
⮞ will wait until at least HALF of the payment is received to begin the commission, you have the option to send it all first or send 1 half before the sketch, 1 half after it's completed
⮞ may cancel the commission if 1 week goes without payment
